  PSA2: If you don't like the skin, you can switch back from Settings -> Interface or delete the WP7 folder in CL\Program Files\Steam\skins and restart steam

  Instructions

  
  Download the WP7 Skin
  1. Extract the WP7 folder from the archive to:
  C:\Program Files\Steam\skins (or C:\Program Files (X86)\Steam\skins if 64bit)
  
  
  
  2. Go to View > Settings > Interface and select the WP7 skin.
  
  
  Now you can apply mods to this skin by going to http://fediaFedia.com/steam
  
  3. Download the generated mod.styles file
  
  4. Copy & Replace to: C:\Program Files\Steam\skins\WP7 (or C:\Program Files (X86)\Steam\skins\WP7 if 64bit)
  
  
  

  5. Restart Steam to see changes
